Rallio is committed to providing a safe and secure online environment for all users, especially minors. This Child Safety Standards Policy outlines our measures to prevent harm, protect children from exploitation, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

This policy applies to all users, content, and interactions on the Rallio platform. It sets guidelines for content creation, user behavior, and platform moderation to ensure a child-friendly and safe digital space.

3. Definitions

  • Child: Any individual under the age of 18.
  • Child safety: Measures to protect minors from harm, abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate content online.
  • Inappropriate content: Includes violence, hate speech, sexual content, grooming behavior, and any material that may harm minors.

4. Safety Measures

4.1 Age Restrictions

  • Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • Parental supervision is encouraged for minors aged 13-17 using the platform.

4.2 Content Moderation

  • We use AI-based filtering tools and human moderation to detect and remove harmful content.
  • Content featuring sexualization of minors, violence, bullying, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
  • Any content violating child safety guidelines will be removed immediately.

4.3 User Behavior & Community Standards

  • Grooming, solicitation, and predatory behavior are strictly forbidden.
  • Users engaging in harassment, bullying, or inappropriate interactions with minors will face immediate action, including account suspension or permanent banning.
  • Any attempts to collect personal information from minors are prohibited.

4.4 Reporting & Response

  • Users can report child safety violations through the in-app reporting feature.
  • Reports are reviewed promptly, and necessary actions, including content removal and user bans, are taken.
  • If required, we report violations to law enforcement and child protection agencies such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

5. Compliance with Legal Standards

We adhere to international child protection laws, including:

  • The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • The Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act (CPOEA)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Child Privacy Standards
  • Other applicable national and international child safety regulations
